Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is a leading Mobile operator in India but Service of BSNL is not so good. Customer Care service of BSNL is totally bad. There are a lots of Value added Service like News, Cricket, Radio and much more which are not much informative while charges of these services are very high.
Steps:
1. If you want to know the services which are activated on a mobile and the deactivation codes for the services which are activated, then dial *456*00# from the mobile and press call button.
2. Then you will receive activated service name with deactivation code.
3. While deactivating, after dialing the deactivation code for example *456*12# for cricket. A confirmation will be asked, for which "1" should be given as reply and the call button should be pressed.
4. You can also deactivate services by help of this Given list.
